Ingredients

  • Ice, crushed

  • 60 ml

    Orange Juice

  • 30 ml

    Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 30 ml

    Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

  • 2 dashes

    Angostura Bitters

  • 60 ml

    Dark Jamaican Rum

  • 15 ml

    Maple Syrup

  • Cinnamon

  • Mint

Method

  1. Shake well with plenty of crushed ice.
  2. Pour unstrained into a glass.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
