Ice, crushed
60 ml
Orange Juice
30 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice
30 ml
Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
2 dashes
Angostura Bitters
60 ml
Dark Jamaican Rum
15 ml
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Mint
Method
- Shake well with plenty of crushed ice.
- Pour unstrained into a glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
