Method

1. Blend the graham crackers.
2. Add melted butter, and mix well.
3. Spread into the bottom of a cake pan.
4. Whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar.
5. Spread over the top of the biscuit layer.
6. Put in the fridge for a few hours until set.
