Cheesecake
A simple recipe for cheesecake. Can be made in a traditional round shape, or in a square cake tin to make it into a slice.

Graham Crackers
80 ml
Butter, melted
400 g
Cream Cheese
1 cup
Heavy Cream
½ cup
Sugar
Method
- Blend the graham crackers.
- Add melted butter, and mix well.
- Spread into the bottom of a cake pan.
- Whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar.
- Spread over the top of the biscuit layer.
- Put in the fridge for a few hours until set.
