Ingredients

  • ½ cup
    White Cabbage, shredded
  • 1½ cup
    Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 small
    Carrot, finely shredded or thickly grated ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cup
    Mint, chopped
  • ½ cup
    Coriander, chopped
  • 0.5
    Granny Smith Apple, peeled and cut into strips
  • 0.5
    Long Red Chilli, seeds removed and chopped finely
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbsp
    Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp
    Fish Sauce

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, onion, mint, coriander, apple and chilli.
  2. In a jar, combine the rice wine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice and fish sauce.
  3. Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine.
  4. Toss the slaw with the dressing until well coated.
