    Ground Chicken
  • 1 small
    Potato, boiled
  • 1 tbsp
    Breadcrumbs

    Salt

    Egg
  • Flour
  • Bread Crumbs

Method

  1. Mix chicken, potato, 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Use a piping bag to create doughnut shapes.
  3. Put them in the freezer to preserve their shape.
  4. Whisk an egg in a small bowl.
  5. Dip each ring in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry until golden brown.
